Rayna Russom (LCD Soundsystem) - DJ Set

Gavin Rayna Russom is a New York based multimedia artist and composer of electronic music. She has produced some of the most interesting and influential art and music of the last 15 years both in collaborations such as Delia Gonzalez and Gavin Russom, Black Leotard Front and The Crystal Ark and as a solo artist under aliases such as Black Meteoric Star, Hail of Arrows and under her own name. Much of her work is informed by her deep relationship with the analog synthesizer, a tool she has applied herself to not only as a composer and player but also as a designer and builder since 1999. In addition to recording and performing music she also creates the visual elements for her work including installations, music videos, record covers, costumes, sets and props. Russom is also a member of the groups Arthur Russell’s Instrumentals Directed by Peter Gordon, Sacred Ar†icle and LCD Soundsystem.

Crystal Penalosa - live set

Crystal Penalosa (she/they) is an American artist & interdisciplinary designer based in New York. Their work focuses on queer identity, utilizing modular electronics and voice. Penalosa has performed collaboratively and solo in New York at Issue Project Room, Roulette Intermedium, Sediment Gallery, MoMA PS1, Experimental Intermedia, SPEKTRUM in Berlin, and the Golden Pudel. They currently work with the veteran underground record label Generations Unlimited.

Rachika S - live set

Brooklyn-based producer Rachika S draws on ambient, contemporary classical, shoegaze, and more as she weaves multi-instrumental samples and synthesized sounds in her exploratory soundscapes. Performing live, she presents her music alongside found and personal video in a hypnotic light and scrim installation. Rachika is currently working on expanding that setup into an immersive musical installation to be presented at new NYC art space The Shed in 2020 as a showcased artist for the center's Open Call residency program. In the past, she's performed and spoken on panels at Roulette Intermedium, Issue Project Room, MoMA PS1’s artBook, Flux Factory and Hampshire College among dozens of other locations.
