Detroit-based art-rock quartet saajtak presents a distinct perspective and eclectic sound, fitting together like a sonic jigsaw puzzle. saajtak offers a taste of experimental glitchy future-funk that floats in and out of ambient reflections. Hybridizing prog-rock, trip-hop, free-jazz, and groove oriented polyrhythm, saajtak frenetically moves with high energy flashes of organized chaos and textural complexity.
Peptalk is Shayna Dunkelman, Michael Anthony Carter and Angelica Negron playing music inspired by Exotica, 60-80′s J-pop featuring various percussion with lush electronics.
Described by Spin Magazine as “An apocalyptic, supersonic general of the banjo…” Brandon Seabrook has made a name for himself in the New York avant-garde music scene as an explosive guitar and banjo performer, relentlessly committed to immediacy and precision.
Brandon is an accomplished solo artist, named Best Guitarist in New York City by the Village Voice 2012. In 2014, New Atlantis Records released his first solo album titled Sylphid Vitalizers.
